**Course may be canceled due to lack of attendance, please register early.

**In accordance with the 1998 Americans Disability Act of 1998, LLSSA will provide auxility services for students with special needs. Please contact the LLSSA Office a minimum of 10 days prior to the course if you will need services.

**Full Payment is required 5 days prior to course or a $45 late fee will be added.

**Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 10 days prior to course, a full credit will be available. If you cancel nine days prior to course, 50% credit will be available. If you cancel five days or less, no refunds. This cancellation policy does not apply if LLSSA cancels the course. A full refund will be available. Please call the office if you need to cancel, emergency situations are taken into consideration.

**The manuals are handed out on the first day of class. If you would like the manual to be shipped to you ahead of time, please check the shipping cost button on page 2 and provide a physical address.

**The Security Dictionary is included with the Level 1 & Understanding Alarms Course. You do not need to pay extra for this manual.

**The Security Dictionary is not available with the ABAT & FAIM. If you would like to purchase one, then check the box on page 2. It is not a requirement for the course, it is just another reference material you can use during testing.

**Retest or Online testing can be taken any day of the week at the LLSSA Office in Lafayette. Please complete registeration. In the note section, let me know date, time and course. I will contact you to confirmation availability.
