The Louisiana Life Safety & Security Association (LLSSA) is proud to launch the Louisiana Strong Membership Campaign, an initiative focused on growing our association while strengthening the life safety and property protection industry across our state. This campaign is about much more than increasing membership numbers. It is about bringing together professionals who share a commitment to protecting lives, safeguarding property, and ensuring that our industry continues to have a strong voice in Louisiana.

Every day, our members work to protect homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, and critical infrastructure. At the same time, our industry faces constant change through evolving technology, new licensing requirements, updated codes, workforce challenges, and legislative issues that affect how we do business. No single company can address these challenges alone. By working together through LLSSA, we are able to advocate for our profession, provide quality education, promote professionalism, and create opportunities that benefit every licensed company in Louisiana.

Membership in LLSSA means becoming part of a statewide network of professionals dedicated to helping one another succeed. Whether you are a business owner, technician, project manager, salesperson, manufacturer, distributor, or industry partner, your membership helps strengthen the association's ability to represent our industry before the Louisiana Legislature, the State Fire Marshal's Office, and other regulatory agencies while providing valuable education, networking opportunities, and business resources throughout the year.

As part of the Louisiana Strong campaign, LLSSA is inviting every current member to help grow our association by introducing another professional to the benefits of membership. If you know another company, an electrician, fire alarm contractor, locksmith, access control installer, low-voltage contractor, or another industry professional who would benefit from becoming involved, invite them to attend one of our Fall Regional Meetings. There is no better way to experience the value of LLSSA than by meeting the people who make our association successful.

Current members who refer a new company or individual that joins LLSSA will receive exclusive membership incentives, including LLSSA Store credit, LLSSA apparel, and entries into our Grand Prize Drawing. Every successful referral earns another opportunity to win a $500 Education Scholarship or a Conference Hotel Package, giving members even more reasons to help strengthen our association.

We're also rewarding those who bring prospective members to our Fall Regional Meetings. If your guest joins LLSSA during the meeting, both you and your guest will receive an LLSSA shirt and LLSSA Store credit as a thank-you for helping grow our professional community. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for prospective members to learn about the association, meet industry leaders, discover educational opportunities, and see firsthand how LLSSA supports Louisiana's life safety and security professionals.

New members who join during one of the Fall Regional Meetings will also receive exclusive campaign incentives available only during this membership drive. In addition to becoming part of Louisiana's leading life safety and security association, they will be entered into a drawing for a free LLSSA Training School registration and receive bonus months of membership, extending their membership through December 31, 2027. It is our way of welcoming new professionals into the association while encouraging them to become active participants from day one.
